Wellness coaching is a collaboration between an individual and a certified coach to identify personal and professional goals and individualize approaches to achieve fulfillment of these goals. The residency covers the cost of the initial visit for all interns and subsidizes any subsequent encounters. Though provided by the residency, this service is detached from the governing body of the program encouraging one to flourish with the guarantee of confidentiality.
