One fellow will be selected.

Applicants must be board certified, or eligible for board certification, in Family Medicine.

Please submit one copy of your CV and a concise personal statement detailing:

      • Prior educational, work, and public service experiences.
      • Reasons for pursuing additional training in HIV-positive primary care.
      • Any previous experience with HIV-positive care.
      • Career goals

A letter of support from the applicant’s family medicine residency director, as well as two additional residency faculty members are also required (one copy of each is fine).

The fellowship year starts August 1.
Application deadline is September 30.
Interviews will be offered to select candidates in October and November.
The fellow will be selected in December.
