Appointments 

  • Most office visits are scheduled for 30 minutes
  • Clearly explain the purpose of your visit to allow sufficient time
  • Bring a list of your concerns
  • Bring prescribed and over-the-counter medications, and vitamin or herbal supplements
  • Please call ahead to schedule routine care
  • For urgent care, call as early in the day as possible

After Hours ~ Emergency Care

Intellicare representatives will assist you in after-hours requests. Urgent needs will be referred to the physician on call.  

  • After-hour phone calls are routed through our physician call Group
  • 367-6030 automatically routes your call
  • A nurse of physician will return your call
  • Go to the nearest emergency room if your medical problem is such that it cannot reasonably wait
  • In-hospital Pediatric and Obstetrical care is provided through St. Luke's RMC
  • In-hospital Adult medical care is provided through Saint Alphonsus RMC

Medication Refills 

  • Call in advance
  • Refills require 72 hour advanced notice 
  • Indicate pharmacy name and phone number
  • Indicate a return phone number
  • Routine refills may be requested through your pharmacy
  • An appointment may be necessary
  • Refills are not made during the weekends or evenings

Cost for Care 

  • Fees may range from $10 to 100% of your bill
  • Payment is expected at the time of your visit
  • Payment arrangements can be made by contacting the business office to discuss financial situations
  • No one will be denied care for inability to pay
